Talent Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of influencers/creators.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators to ensure trust and loyalty.
• Understand creators’ brand, content style, and audience to identify suitable opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance to creators for personal brand growth and monetization.

2. Campaign Management

• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Procurement teams to secure brand deals for talent.
• Manage the entire campaign process, including briefing, deliverables, deadlines, and approvals.
• Ensure influencer content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Handle escalations and resolve campaign-related issues promptly.

3. Business Growth & Revenue Generation

• Identify collaboration and sponsorship opportunities for creators.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Drive repeat business from brands through successful campaign delivery.
• Explore cross-platform monetization opportunities (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor influencer campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Share insights with creators to improve engagement and brand appeal.
• Maintain updated reports on talent revenue, collaborations, and growth metrics.

5. Industry Awareness & Trendspotting

• Stay updated on social media trends, new platforms, and emerging creators.
• Share relevant insights with both internal teams and talent for competitive advantage.
• Propose innovative ideas for creator-brand collaborations.
