As a Content & Strategy Manager at Voxxy Media, you will play a crucial role in leading the creative and strategic direction of our Influencer Marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Define the overall content & strategy vision for the agency and its clients. - Lead the ideation and development of creative campaign concepts, Influencer strategies, and branded content. - Proactively engage clients for strategic partnerships and manage fruitful discussions. - Lead client briefs into compelling strategy decks and influencer-driven narratives. - Analyze audience insights, market trends, and platform updates to guide strategies. - Develop and direct innovative influencer marketing approaches. - Oversee campaign planning, ensuring a balance between creativity & performance. - Write simple and effective scripts based on closed concepts that retain brand ethos and incorporate creative elements for creators. - Have a good command over language, cultural insights, and the digital style of content. - Ability to take feedback on scripts and provide quick revisions. - Handle large volumes of scripts alongside existing pitch work. - Stay up to date on internet trends, formats, and what other brands are doing. - Understand brand categories and their intended audiences, creating psychographics of brand audiences. - Prepare a bank of inspirations, concepts, and references based on internal brainstorms for the team to refer to.
