Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience Required: 10 -15 years in brand management, marketing strategy, or a similar leadership role About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as Deputy General Manager – Brand Development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping, expanding, and nurturing multiple in-house and partner brands across a pan-India network of premium retail and food & beverage touchpoints. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and sharp execution to ensure our brands consistently resonate with customers and deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities Innovation & Concept Development: Ideate and incubate new F&B and retail concepts based on market demand and traveler behavior. Lead pilot testing and scale-up initiatives. Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and business goals. Define unique brand propositions for different concepts under the portfolio. Consumer Insight & Market Research: Leverage customer insights and market trends to refine brand strategies. Initiate and interpret research to guide brand evolution and new concept development. Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with operations, business development, design, and culinary teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all customer touchpoints. Brand Performance & Analytics: Track and report on brand health metrics. Use data to optimize campaigns, improve brand experience, and support business growth objectives. Vendor & Agency Management: Manage external creative, media, and research agencies. Ensure high-quality outputs and cost-effective execution.
