Client Servicing Manager

As a Manager at Vidal Health Insurance TPA for Client Servicing (Corporate) in Gurgaon, Udhyog Vihar Phase 5, your role objective is to lead and optimize the organization's strategy to ensure seamless client interactions and service delivery across health insurance workflows. You will be the strategic bridge between technology, client servicing, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Corporate Relationship Management - Drive retention and satisfaction of top corporate clients across the region - Ensure consistent engagement and value delivery to key accounts (Corporates) - Leadership Reporting & Issue Resolution on any escalations - Prepare and review reports on top corporates, insurance companies, and brokers if required - Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate to leadership - SLA Fulfilment & Stakeholder Commitments - Oversee timely submission of MIS reports to insurance companies, corporate clients, and internal teams - Maintain strong working relationships with HO teams of insurance companies & Brokers - Department Oversight: Coordinate with functional Department-Preauth, Claims, Enrollment, and related functions for claims and cashless settlement - Responsible for profitability and cost control of Key Corporates and retention - Portfolio Management: Handle corporate client portfolios with a focus on service excellence and retention - Team Handling if required, etc. Qualifications Required: - Graduate / MBA with 7-10 years of experience in Health Insurance (Corporate-Client Servicing or TPA industry) - Proven track record in client servicing, stakeholder management, and team leadership - Currently working in a managerial role with direct team handling responsibilities - Strong understanding of corporate client expectations and insurance workflows If you are interested in this position, please connect with Meenakshi Singh at 9971006988 or meenakshi.singh@vidalhealth.com.
