About Us:

At WorkinX Digital, we are a boutique DTC Creative Agency that collaborates with eCommerce brands in the US and UK to help them stand out from the competition and convert more users.

Established in 2018, we've grown steadily and now have about 27 team members, aiming to double down by the mid of 2026. We've worked with over 900 brands, including renowned names like Adidas, Vicks, Coway, Elo Touch, and many other 6-7-8 figure brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining open communication to understand needs, provide updates, and address feedback.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, etc.) to develop creative briefs and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Conduct detailed project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to anticipate and address challenges.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely submission of projects.
• Partner with fellow project managers to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand presence.
• You’ll be expected to participate in remote meetings, once or twice a week outside regular working hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1-2 years as a project manager in a creative or marketing agency environment.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at effectively collaborating with both clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate creative teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth understanding of the Brands, their assets, guidelines, and how to maintain brand consistency.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Office hours - 11 AM-7 PM

Week-offs: Saturday & Sunday

Location - Paschim Vihar, West Delhi (On-site)
