We are looking for a Creative Strategist.

What you'll do:

• Own and execute Oops Proof’s social content calendar across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.
• Create and pitch fresh campaign ideas, influencer hooks, and brand-forward storytelling aligned with our tone.
• Translate product USPs into creative scripts, viral moments, and relatable content.
• Collaborate with in-house design, video, and performance teams to craft engaging, conversion-driven visuals.
• Stay ahead of social trends, formats, meme culture, and audience behavior to keep the brand relevant and entertaining.
• Brief and coordinate with content creators, influencers, and anchoring talent to execute marketing plans.
• Monitor and report content performance and iterate based on insights and feedback.
• Build moodboards, swipe decks, and pitch decks to bring brand vision to life for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze ad reports and content performance data to derive insights that inform future content direction and campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in content strategy, creative marketing, or social media for DTC/lifestyle/fashion/beauty brands.
• Proven ability to think across storytelling formats (short-form, scripts, static, UGC, voiceover-led reels).
• Obsessed with Instagram, Reels, and what makes people stop and share.
• Ability to turn ideas into action fast, scrappy, agile, and proactive mindset.
• A keen understanding of visual storytelling and consumer psychology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must have:

• Have worked with fast-growing consumer brands or founders.
• Can ideate + script + oversee execution independently.
• Have a portfolio or swipe file of content you love (show us!).
