Creative Strategist

Core Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Content Direction

• Architect brand-aligned content strategies across platforms with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Develop ideas for grid design, campaign aesthetics, storytelling formats, and long-form/short-form content.
• Maintain a cohesive brand voice, visual identity, and content architecture across all assets.

Creative & Production Leadership

• Oversee and direct brand/product/model shoots, from conceptualisation to execution and delivery.
• Manage production timelines, resource allocation, and coordination with photographers, videographers, models, and stylists.
• Evaluate visual quality, conceptual alignment, and deliverables to ensure output meets premium standards.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Brainstorm and guide creation of social posts, reels, ad creatives, and multi-platform content ecosystems.
• Ideate and strategise high-impact campaigns optimised for Meta platforms and broader digital channels.
• Ensure content calendars, grids, and executions reflect consistency, innovation, and campaign alignment.

Team & Workflow Management

• Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, editors, and designers.
• Delegate tasks, supervise timelines, and enforce quality checkpoints across creative pipelines.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and streamline production workflows for efficient output.

Required Skill Set

• Demonstrated experience in brand strategy and social-first content ecosystems.
• Strong creative direction capabilities with an eye for aesthetics, composition, and design.
• Practical experience in production management and shoot supervision.
• Ability to ideate grids, campaign structures, and creative frameworks.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management competencies.
