Job Summary: Looking for a visionary and result-oriented Senior MICE Sales to lead / Drive our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the MICE strategy, managing key client relationships, expanding the corporate client base, and driving revenue growth in both domestic and international markets. This is a strategic role that combines sales acumen, operational oversight, and deep industry networking. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Business Development Define and execute long-term sales strategies to grow MICE business across domestic and international markets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through corporate clients, associations, and trade partnerships. Build, nurture, and lead a high-performing MICE sales team across locations. Develop tailored MICE offerings, in collaboration with product, ticketing, and operations teams. Drive brand positioning and visibility in the MICE domain via participation in trade shows, B2B events, and strategic partnerships. Client Relationship & Sales Management Lead key account acquisition and high-value corporate relationship management. Ensure excellent client service standards, from proposal to post-event delivery. Oversee the preparation and negotiation of proposals, presentations, contracts, and service level agreements. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market movements to maintain competitive advantage. Revenue Management & Reporting Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for individual and team Team Development & Operational Oversight Mentor and guide the MICE sales team to enhance productivity and professional growth. Coordinate closely with travel ops, logistics, visa, and finance teams for seamless project execution. Establish SOPs and workflows to optimize delivery and client satisfaction. Key Requirements: Minimum 8- 10+ years of experience in MICE sales, with at least 35 years in a leadership role. Track record of scaling MICE business in a travel trade or DMC environment. Strong corporate network and industry presence across domestic and international MICE markets. Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to travel and make team trained as required (domestic/international). Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and virtual collaboration platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global event planning and destination management. Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and legal/compliance aspects of MICE operations. Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
