##Acclaim Consultants is looking for a Client Services Manager for an Esteemed client in Global Total Workforce Solutions Years of Experience: 13-17 Years Must have experience in RPO, Recruitment Deliver,y and Operations **** Preference for Immediate Joiners Responsibilities: 1.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the main point of contact for all recruitment-related matters. Understand clients' talent acquisition needs, business objectives, and recruitment challenges to provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that align with clients' recruitment goals. 2.Recruitment Delivery and Operations: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services. Work closely with recruitment teams to understand client requirements, establish recruitment strategies, and set realistic expectations. Monitor and track recruitment metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance recruitment outcomes. Team Management and Leadership: Lead a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting professional development and engagement. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Manage workload distribution, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective utilization. Client Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting recruitment metrics, progress, and key insights. Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, develop strategies, and optimize recruitment processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (14-18 years) as a Client Service Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the RPO industry, preferably from IT recruitment experience Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent client relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
