Client Services Manager

• Serve as the main communication link between the company and clients/partners throughout the entire order cycle.
• Understand client requirements, provide product guidance, and support the selection of appropriate merchandise solutions.
• Coordinate internally with design, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, timelines, and status updates with clients.
• Track order progress end-to-end, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including communication logs, order details, approvals, and delivery confirmations.
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Follow up after project completion for feedback and potential repeat business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
