1. 5 TO 7 Years of experience in the advertising industry

2. Interacting with the clients to understand their business objectives and grow the business.

3. Ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded.

4. Facilitate own and others’ ideas from development to presentation to execution.

5. Identify opportunities to grow the agency's business.

6. Being an advisor to clients.

7. Is comfortable driving non-traditional/experiential efforts forward in a fluid environment.

8. Accountability for agency performance.

9. Manages client expectations, objectives, and timelines.

10. Acts as a resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions.
