About The Opportunity

An industry leader in enterprise IT infrastructure and telecom services, we architect and manage mission-critical wired and wireless networks for global clients across banking, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Leveraging Cisco’s intent-based networking stack, we deliver zero-touch provisioning, secure segmentation, and AI-driven analytics at scale. To advance our next wave of software-defined access deployments, we invite a Cisco DNA Center Specialist to join our on-site network engineering guild in India.Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Cisco DNAC design, implementation, and migration activities for campus and branch fabrics.
Automate device onboarding, configuration templates, and policy provisioning using DNAC workflows and REST APIs.
Integrate DNAC with Cisco ISE, SDA, and third-party ITSM/CMDB tools to enable policy-based segmentation and compliance reporting.
Monitor network health, assurance, and telemetry dashboards, driving root-cause analysis and proactive remediation.
Create low-level design documents, runbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions for operations teams.
Serve as SME escalation point for complex routing, switching, and wireless issues during and after cutover.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

8+ years enterprise networking with 5+ years dedicated to Cisco DNAC and SD-Access.
Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, VXLAN, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Catalyst/IOS-XE platforms.
Hands-on DNAC automation via Python, Postman, or Ansible using REST/NETCONF APIs.
Experience integrating DNAC with ISE for AAA and macro/micro segmentation.
Proven troubleshooting skills across Layer 1-7 and use of packet-capture/assurance tools.
CCNP Enterprise or higher certification.

Preferred

Exposure to Cisco Spaces, ThousandEyes, or Meraki integrations.
ITIL-aligned change management experience in large enterprises.
Scripting experience in Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
