About the Role

We are hiring a highly capable Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office Lead

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Leadership

• Operate as the CEO’s strategic extension—driving decision execution, cross-team alignment, and organizational focus.
• Prepare business analyses, investor decks, internal briefs, and board-level documents.
• Support company-wide structures that enable scale, discipline, and long-term IPO preparation.

Technology, Product & Project Management

• Partner with engineering and product teams on roadmaps, specifications, sprint cycles, and delivery tracking.
• Interact confidently with technology stacks, development lifecycles, and engineering constraints.
• Manage Jira/Linear/Notion workflows and ensure structured reporting across teams.

Market, Industry & Domain Expertise

Working knowledge is required across:

• Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising

• Gaming Industry

  (streaming, consoles, engines, esports)

• Influencer Marketing & Podcasting Ecosystems

• Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing

Growth, GTM & Revenue Enablement

• Support GTM plans, pitches, partnerships, and pricing strategy.
• Contribute to digital campaign setup, optimisation, funnels, and analytics.
• Assist in business development, client communication, and partner coordination.

Legal, Compliance & Corporate Support

• Assist in contracts, IP matters, trademarks, MoUs, and regulatory filings.
• Help maintain compliance with financial audits, statutory filings, and due-diligence frameworks.
• Implement policies, governance structures, and cross-department quality metrics.

People, Culture & Operational Discipline

• Understand the psychological and functional dynamics of developers, marketers, content creators, and operational teams.
• Maintain office discipline, administrative workflows, and resource planning.
• Evaluate local Delhi NCR expansion possibilities, ecosystem access points, and operational dependencies.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Education

• Graduate or postgraduate from

  Tier-1 institutions

  such as IITs, IIMs, IISc, ISB, NID, NIFT, SRCC, St. Stephen’s, or equivalent top-ranked engineering, business, design, or commerce schools.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership or cross-functional project exposure.

Required Experience

• 6–12 years

  total experience across any combination of:

• Ad-Tech or Programmatic Advertising companies

• Advertising agencies / media buying organisations

• Digital marketing or performance marketing enterprises

• Gaming or influencer-marketing platforms

• FinTech companies

  , especially with compliance-heavy environments

• Consulting (strategy/tech)

  with exposure to digital, media, technology, or financial domains
• Experience managing or supporting:
• Compliance frameworks, KYC/AML processes, financial audit structures
• Legal documentation, contracts, and regulatory filings
• Technology-driven workflows and product delivery cycles
• Multi-team coordination across engineering, marketing, finance, and operations

Required Competencies

• Exceptional structured communication and storytelling.
• High analytical skill with ability to translate ambiguity into action.
• Fluency in project management tools and executive documentation.
• Professional maturity, confidentiality, and strong leadership instincts.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure founder’s office environment.
