Key Responsibilities
1. Category Creation & 0→1 Scaling
- Build, pilot, and scale
multiple product/service categories
from scratch. - Develop category trees, supply structures, pricing models, and monetization pathways.
- Identify whitespace through user research for the 55–75 demographic.
- Deliver category playbooks, operational SOPs, and business models.
2. Founder-Level Strategic Planning
- Drive
annual planning
, quarterly OKR setting, and business prioritization. - Build frameworks for decision-making, review cadences, and performance tracking.
- Provide the Co-Founder with analysis, recommendations, and structured insights.
3. High-Velocity Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Orchestrate execution across Product, Community, Content, Experience Ops, Growth, Tech, and Partnerships.
- Remove blockers, align stakeholders, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
4. P&L Visibility, Reporting & Business Insights
- Work with finance and business teams to maintain
P&L visibility across categories
. - Build financial dashboards, performance trackers, and data-driven insights.
- Support business cases, revenue forecasts, and cost models.
5. Rapid Prototyping & Experiments
- Build MVPs and small-scale pilots for new categories.
- Test hypotheses quickly, analyze early traction, and iterate sharply.
- Convert early pilots into SOP-driven scalable formats.
6. Organisational Rigour & Operating Rhythm
- Establish company-wide processes that enhance efficiency, communication, and accountability.
- Set up leadership reviews, planning cycles, and cross-functional operating norms.
7. Stakeholder Management & Partnerships
- Work with external partners: creators, institutions, service providers, travel and wellness partners, learning platforms, and more.
- Enable ecosystem-building for new categories.

Qualifications & Background
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 6–8 years
of post qualification experience in early-stage startups, Founder’s Office, Category Building, Strategy, or Business Operations.
Hands-on experience in:
- ✔ 0→1 category creation
- ✔ Scaling minimum
2 categories
end-to-end - ✔ Building category trees, GTMs, pricing, and operational workflows
- Strong ability to convert ambiguity into structured action.
- Proven record of solving hard problems with first-principles thinking.
Preferred Candidates will Have / Good to Have
- Experience in D2C, consumer-tech, lifestyle, senior living, edtech, or wellness.
- Exposure to content + community models.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional roles.
- MBA + Engineering from institutes of excellence preferred for analytical, strategic and operational rigour needed for this role.
