We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing function and drive growth across our FoodTech & E-commerce verticals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep experience in digital-first marketing, brand building, customer acquisition, and retention strategies suited to the fast-evolving Indian consumer landscape.
The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build a powerful brand, deliver measurable business results, and create meaningful engagement across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Own the marketing P&L, ensuring optimal ROI across performance and brand spending.
- Lead brand positioning and differentiation to strengthen the company’s presence in the Indian market.
- Drive customer-centric strategies, leveraging data insights and consumer behavior trends.
- Build a strong, consistent, and aspirational brand identity across digital, ATL, and BTL channels.
- Oversee creative direction, brand storytelling, and campaigns to enhance recall and loyalty.
- Manage PR, media relations, influencer partnerships, and CSR-driven communication initiatives.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, paid media, social, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and improve customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion funnels.
- Develop omni-channel customer acquisition strategies tailored to the Indian digital ecosystem.
- Build CRM and loyalty programs to drive retention, repeat purchases, and LTV growth.
- Implement data-driven personalization and marketing automation initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field from a reputed institute preferred.
- 12–20 years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in FoodTech, E-commerce, or Digital brands.
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior, regional nuances, and tier-wise marketing strategies.
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, growth hacking, and brand building.
- Strategic mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Experience in scaling marketing operations in high-growth startups or large consumer brands.
