About the Role:

VRecruitFirst is hiring a CMO to lead global marketing strategy and brand positioning for a B2B power-electronics engineering organization serving mission-critical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Build & execute comprehensive brand & marketing strategy
Lead demand-generation & sales-enablement initiatives
Strengthen industry presence across India & global markets
Manage PR, digital campaigns, industry events & partnerships
Create strong technical storytelling & product communication
Conduct market & competitive intelligence
Establish KPIs & data-driven marketing culture
Align marketing with business growth plans

Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent
10+ years experience in B2B / industrial / engineering / technology marketing
Proven record in brand building & strategic marketing
Experience working closely with industrial sales teams preferred
