Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for GCC markets.
• Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Drive B2B lead generation campaigns for corporates, hospitals, schools, hotels, and catering businesses.
• Oversee brand positioning and digital presence across all platforms.
• Manage content strategy for websites, social media, email, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Design and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Coordinate digital efforts with sales and CRM teams.
• Manage internal teams and external digital agencies.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and B2B lead generation

• Proven experience managing GCC-focused digital campaigns

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools

• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality, or B2B services preferred

• Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable marketing frameworks
