Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Vision Define and execute the companys technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.Lead development of BuildMarts platform in 3 Phases : Marketplace Foundation (Vendor, Customer, Admin Panels) Finance & Compliance Layer (Accountant Panel) Intelligence Layer (AI Tools, Affiliate Programs, Smart Features) Platform Development & Management Oversee backend, frontend, and mobile application development.Ensure high scalability, performance, and security of the platform.Drive architecture decisions for API integrations, ERP, and real-time inventory tracking. Team Leadership & Collaboration Build and lead an in-house tech team (developers, UI/UX, QA).Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams for seamless cross-functional execution.Mentor technical talent and foster an innovation-driven culture. Innovation & Emerging Technologies Leverage AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance customer experience and operations.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies relevant to construction e-commerce. Operational Excellence Set coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and agile processes.Ensure 99.9% uptime, fast loading speeds, and secure transactions.Monitor platform KPIs (traffic, conversion, uptime, error rate). Key Performance Areas (KPAs): Platform Delivery: Timely launch of each phase as per agreed milestones. System Performance: 99%+ uptime, fast load times, and minimal bug issues post-launch. User Growth & Engagement: Support business goals for vendor onboarding and customer acquisition via platform features. Cost & Resource Optimization: Deliver tech solutions within defined budgets and timelines. Innovation: Implementation of at least 2-3 advanced AI or automation features within 12 months. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or senior tech leadership in marketplaces or e-commerce .Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, APIs, and scalable architecture .Experience with mobile app development (Android/iOS), cloud (AWS/GCP), and DevOps .Exposure to fintech integrations, compliance systems, and AI/ML features preferred.Strategic thinker with hands-on coding capability when required.Strong leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams. can call at : 75748 57783 Mail at - hr@buildmart.app
