Tasks : Regularly reviewing and updating product listings, monitoring site performance, ensuring page load times are optimal, and implementing SEO best practices. 2. Product Catalog Management KRA : Overseeing the catalog of products, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and categorization. Tasks : Adding new products to the online store, managing stock levels, updating product information, and ensuring product pages are accurate and SEO-optimized. 3. Order Processing & Fulfillment KRA : Ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery. Tasks : Managing the order lifecycle from checkout to delivery, liaising with logistics partners, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. 4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) KRA : Enhancing customer experience and engagement.
