Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the overall marketing vision for GoBuildMart.Build and scale a high-performing marketing team.Develop long-term strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

2. Brand Positioning & Identity

Establish GoBuildMart as a trusted and modern building material marketplace.Create and maintain brand guidelines, storytelling, and market positioning.Plan and manage branding campaigns and strategic promotions.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and social media systems.Drive website traffic, app usage, lead generation, and conversion optimization.Implement automation tools for marketing funnels and customer journeys.

4. Category & Product Marketing

Work closely with category managers to design marketing strategies for steel, cement, electricals, and other verticals.Support product launches, category branding, and demand generation activities.

5. Market Research & Customer Insights

Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, pricing trends, and market demand studies.Understand customer segments such as builders, contractors, and retailers.Use insights to fine-tune marketing campaigns and improve product-market fit.

6. Communication, PR & Partnerships

Build strong PR strategies and maintain brand reputation.Create communication plans, newsletters, press releases, and corporate presentations.Form partnerships with influencers, industry experts, and trade associations.

7. Sales Alignment & Growth Support

Collaborate with sales and business development teams.Support customer acquisition through targeted campaigns and regional marketing.Provide marketing materials, pitch decks, and customer communication tools.

8. Budgeting & Performance Tracking

Create and monitor the marketing budget.Track campaign performance, CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics.Optimize spending for maximum efficiency.
