Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and capable of leading logistics strategy and daily operations with precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transportation Management:

• Plan, organize, and manage the transportation and distribution of goods

• Ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing routes and costs

• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers

Inventory & Warehouse Oversight:

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movement across warehouses

• Implement best practices for inventory control, stock audits, and loss prevention

• Ensure warehouses are compliant with safety and operational standards

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams for smooth order fulfillment

• Forecast demand and manage capacity planning for peak seasons and large orders

• Resolve bottlenecks or delivery issues to maintain a seamless supply chain

Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation (invoices, shipping documents, customs, etc.)

• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to transport and storage

• Prepare and analyze logistics reports for continuous improvement

Team & Vendor Management:

• Lead and mentor the logistics and warehouse team

• Negotiate contracts and manage performance of logistics vendors
