Role Overview

Operations Manager

This is a high-impact role that requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Coordination:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks
• Monitor operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvement
• Maintain alignment between execution teams and strategic goals

Process Management:

• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for operational excellence
• Ensure consistency in processes across departments (sales, production, marketing, etc.)
• Track KPIs and regularly report on operational performance

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor operations staff and support teams
• Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment
• Resolve internal bottlenecks and promote a solution-oriented approach

Delivery Oversight:

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and logistics providers as needed
• Manage risk and escalate issues proactively

Reporting & Communication:

• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders
• Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 4–8 years of experience in operations management or similar roles
• Proven track record in coordinating complex projects and ensuring reliable execution
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
