To accelerate our growth, we seek a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can lead our marketing vision, drive brand impact, and optimize performance with data-driven strategies.


Role Overview

As the CMO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on paid advertising, lead generation, and performance marketing. You will oversee both digital and traditional marketing functions, ensuring profitable customer acquisition, strong brand positioning, and measurable ROI across channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Oversee paid ads campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, Programmatic, etc.) ensuring optimized ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Build a robust performance marketing framework to drive conversions, enrollments, and revenue.
  • Analyze data and create dashboards to measure campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel efficiency.
  • Lead brand strategy, digital storytelling, and customer engagement across platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and business outcomes.
  • Optimize marketing budgets, scaling campaigns while reducing acquisition costs.
  • Identify and test new growth channels, tools, and technologies for market expansion.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing team into a high-performance unit.


Desired Skills and Expertise
  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing / VP Marketing / CMO in an EdTech or digital-first company.
  • Strong expertise in Paid Ads and Performance Marketing, managing large ad spends with measurable ROI.
  • Solid understanding of digital analytics, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Knowledge of brand-building, PR, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
  • Strong grasp of customer acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to represent the brand at a leadership level.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4+ years at a leadership level.
  • International exposure in scaling brands will be an added advantage.
