CLIENT: Leading Fintech & digital rewards ,loyalty programs and gifting co. specializing in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers/Coupons.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with clear emphasis on ROI.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.

• Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

• Oversee the creation, planning, and execution of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, video, and other media

• SEO & Analytics: Manage and optimize online content for search engines, analyze web traffic, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Incumbent Profile:

• MBA with proven expertise in digital & performance marketing and 15 years exposure to – Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing in a marketing leadership role.

• Exposure to Gaming/Fintech/Loyalty Programs/Credit Cards cos.

Annual Compensation: 60 LPA
