Job Description

In this role as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the company, you will be responsible for leading the sales & marketing strategy to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Your role will involve overseeing all sales & marketing functions including digital, branding, communications, product marketing, and market research to build strong customer engagement and competitive positioning. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives. - Leading and managing the marketing team across digital, branding, communications, and creative functions. - Driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through innovative marketing campaigns. - Overseeing market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. - Managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC, etc.). - Collaborating with sales and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and revenue growth. - Directing digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with media, partners, and external agencies. - Monitoring marketing performance analytics and presenting results to the executive team. - Championing innovation and ensuring the marketing strategy adapts to changing market trends and technologies. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. - Creative mindset with an understanding of brand building and storytelling. This is a full-time position with work location being in person.,
