Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) located in Bhubaneswar. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for leading and strategizing all marketing functions, including market research, marketing management, and public relations. The CMO will plan and execute marketing campaigns, work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth, and enhance brand presence. You will also oversee market planning and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research for strategic decision-making and growth
• Strong expertise in Marketing Management and Public Relations to foster brand positioning and communication
• Proven skills in Sales to support revenue generation and business development
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication abilities
• Experience in sustainability-focused industries or eco-friendly products is an added advantage
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
