Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy and execution for a fast-growing B2B events and conferences organization. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in delegate acquisition, sponsorship marketing, brand leadership, and demand generation within the B2B events industry.

This is a senior leadership, onsite role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall marketing strategy for B2B conferences, summits, and exhibitions
• Drive delegate registrations and sponsorship demand generation
• Own marketing contribution to revenue and pipeline
• Manage brand positioning, PR, media partnerships, and thought leadership
• Oversee digital, performance, and database marketing (LinkedIn, email, CRM)
• Build and manage CXO communities and industry partnerships
• Work closely with sales, production, and content teams
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams
• Track KPIs, ROI, CAC, and campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• 15–17 years of total experience
• Minimum 10 years in B2B events / conferences / exhibitions
• Proven track record in scaling delegate and sponsorship revenues
• Strong understanding of event marketing economics and CXO audiences
• Experience leading senior marketing teams
• Data-driven, commercially oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work onsite from Bengaluru
