Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer, based in Bhubaneswar. The COO will oversee daily operations, implement business strategies, and ensure the company meets its operational and financial objectives. Responsibilities include streamlining processes, managing resources, monitoring budgets, analyzing business data, and collaborating closely with other executives to achieve the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess and optimize processes and performance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results within deadlines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sustainable business practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced qualification is preferred
