Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient organizational processes and driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing resources to optimize productivity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. The COO will work closely with senior leadership to align operations with the company’s vision while maintaining high customer service and operational standards.

• Prior experience in the lighting, electronics, or a related industry is advantageous.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
