We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead this journeysomeone with strong technology expertise, a nation-first mindset, and a people-oriented leadership style. Role Highlights: Lead FTSs shift to a paperless, tech-enabled organisation. Deploy field monitoring apps, dashboards, and AI-based systems. Enable regional and national teams through digital tools and training. Ensure data security, governance, and cost-efficient tech delivery. Showcase donor impact through data-driven reporting and storytelling. Who Were Looking For: Experience in large-scale digital transformation. Familiarity with AI, mobile systems, and low-resource environments. Strong leadership and communication skills (Hindi preferred). Alignment with FTSs mission and grassroots values. Veterans of the Indian Armed Forces are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation will be respectable but aligned with our donor-funded ethos.
