We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Role Highlights:

• Lead FTSs shift to a paperless, tech-enabled organisation.
• Deploy field monitoring apps, dashboards, and AI-based systems.
• Enable regional and national teams through digital tools and training.
• Ensure data security, governance, and cost-efficient tech delivery.
• Showcase donor impact through data-driven reporting and storytelling.

Who Were Looking For:

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI, mobile systems, and low-resource environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Hindi preferred).
• Alignment with FTSs mission and grassroots values.
• Veterans of the Indian Armed Forces are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Compensation will be respectable but aligned with our donor-funded ethos.
