Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) located in Bhubaneswar. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations, and leading talent acquisition and retention strategies. They will also establish and track performance management processes, align organizational goals with HR practices, and act as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, training, and workforce planning
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies to ensure compliance and foster a positive workplace culture
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environment
• Expertise in Talent Management, including leadership development and succession planning
• Demonstrated ability in Performance Management, including setting KPIs and conducting evaluations
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in sustainability-focused organizations is an advantage
