The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, customer insights, and marketing operations—along with a strong ability to drive growth, scale teams, and shape market positioning.As the CMO, you will define the brand narrative, fuel customer acquisition, and lead high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will build and mentor a world-class marketing team, own the marketing budget, and work closely with the executive leadership team to translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, revenue goals, and market expansion plans.
- Lead long-term brand and growth strategy across digital, offline, and partner-led channels.
- Drive positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation across all product and service lines.
- Marketing Execution & Governance
- Oversee all core marketing functions including brand marketing, content strategy, digital & performance marketing, product marketing, communications, PR, events, and customer lifecycle management.
- Establish strong frameworks for marketing analytics, performance tracking, campaign ROI, and customer segmentation.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders including Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to ensure marketing alignment with overall business goals.
- Represent the marketing function in board-level and leadership discussions, providing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Market Intelligence & Growth Initiatives
- Lead research-driven insights to understand customer behavior, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and emerging market opportunities.
- Drive demand generation, go-to-market strategy, product launch success, and pipeline acceleration.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, influencer programs, and global brand expansion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, VP Marketing, Director Marketing, or Head of Marketing, preferably in high-growth or product-led companies.
- Proven experience in building and scaling marketing organizations, managing multi-crore budgets, and driving revenue-impacting marketing initiatives.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing, brand building, digital and performance marketing, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes, brand acceleration, and market share growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with exposure to modern marketing technology, CRM, analytics, and automation tools.
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred but not mandatory
