Location- Gurgaon Experience - 22+ Years Qualification- CA 💼 Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership · Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals · Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital structure · Support decision-making with forecasting, modelling, and performance analysis Accounting & Financial Management · Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, payroll, and reporting · Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements · Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements Real Estate Finance & Investment · Manage real estate transactions, underwriting, debt and equity financing · Evaluate and optimize the financial performance of assets and portfolios · Build relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions Cash Flow & Capital Management · Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital · Lead capital raising efforts and manage investor relations · Evaluate ROI for new projects and capital expenditures Team Leadership & Development · Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team · Establish internal controls, policies, and procedures · Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement ✅ Qualifications: CA with 20+ years of financial leadership experience, with a focus in real estate Interested candidate can connect on 9311575571.
