Job Description: Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end foundry operations, ensuring efficient production of cast components (Cylinder Liners, Blocks, Custom Cast Parts). Plan and control the entire melting, molding, pouring, fettling, and heat treatment process. Ensure adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949:2016) and implement strict process control mechanisms. Manage raw material procurement, charge mix preparation, and melting efficiency for various casting grades. Optimize production processes to reduce scrap, rework, and rejection rates. Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with maintenance teams. Drive safety, housekeeping (5S), and environmental compliance within foundry operations. Coordinate with design, CNC, and quality teams for casting feasibility and production flow. Lead a large team of supervisors, engineers, and workers to meet production targets. Continuously review and implement best practices, including lean manufacturing and process automation. Maintain cost controls while ensuring timely delivery and inventory management. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1217 years of hands-on foundry experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of centrifugal and sand casting processes. Exposure to production of high-precision parts like cylinder liners or engine blocks. Strong command over metallurgical properties, process parameters, and defect analysis. Effective team leader with good communication and planning skills. Familiarity with modern foundry equipment and tools such as spectrometers, molding lines, CNC interfaces.
Role & Responsibilities: Lead the companys overall financial strategy, planning, and execution. Oversee all finance and accounting operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow, and fund management. Drive profitability through cost optimization and operational efficiency. Monitor and control capital expenditure and working capital. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations (GST, Income Tax, ROC, IATF). Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Implement and oversee internal control systems and ensure financial risk mitigation. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial analysis and projections. Lead ERP system integration/improvement initiatives (SAP/Tally). Mentor and manage the finance team, ensuring continuous skill development. Preferred Candidate Profile: Qualified CA or MBA in Finance with 15–25 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry. Proven experience in managing large teams and complex financial structures. Strong understanding of taxation, audit processes, and compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Prior experience in fundraising, investor relations, or M&A is a plus. Experience with global business operations (especially US markets) preferred.

Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections of cast and machined components (Cylinder Liners, Water/Air Cooled Blocks, etc.). Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific quality standards. Monitor product quality at every stage and implement effective inspection procedures and control plans . Conduct casting defect analysis (e.g., porosity, cracks, shrinkage) and initiate root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Manage usage and calibration of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, CMM, Talyrond, and Spectrometers. Implement and monitor quality documentation systems , including SOPs, check sheets, rejection reports, and MIS reports. Coordinate with production, design, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues. Lead internal audits, customer audits, and third-party inspections. Ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and customer complaints. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, 5S, and quality awareness across the shop floor. Train and supervise a team of QC engineers, inspectors, and technicians. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 12 years of QC experience in a foundry, automotive, or precision manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of casting quality standards and machined component tolerances . Experience working with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 systems and documentation. Familiar with metallurgical testing methods and operation of lab/testing equipment. Hands-on expertise in measurement and inspection tools. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve technical problems quickly. Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Role & Responsibilities: Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD for components like cylinder liners, engine blocks, and casting parts. Interpret and prepare technical drawings, dimensional layouts , and BOMs in compliance with drafting standards. Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure designs are aligned with manufacturing capabilities. Maintain drawing revisions and design records for new and existing products. Work with senior engineers on design improvements and cost optimization. Use Hexagon software (if experienced) for inspection planning, dimensional evaluation, or 3D coordinate measuring tasks. Support the development of tooling and fixtures for casting/machining based on design needs. Ensure proper documentation, version control, and archival of design data. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D design in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Familiarity or working experience with Hexagon software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Inspire, or Q-DAS) will be an added advantage. Good understanding of mechanical components, casting processes, and tolerances. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, R&D).
