Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Noida, India. As a Manager of Ecommerce Shopper Marketing, your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing effective e-commerce marketing strategies, collaborating with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance. You will also be responsible for managing online promotions, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving traffic and sales growth.


Exp: 4 Yrs + (Min 2 Yrs in Shopper Marketing)


KRA's:

  • Implement media goals, reach, ROI/RoAS & other metrics that tie in with category goals and account strategy
  • Planning monthly promo for all Ecommerce chains nationally, focusing on competition trends, historical spends, and business requirements 
  • Closing annual Activation calendars for all Customers for all E-commerce channels
  • Driving bottom line for Ecommerce channels by optimizing pricing, spends, and discounts. 
  • Designing an ecommerce strategy and aligning channel priorities with the leadership team
  • Planning Marketing, category development & Campaign activity to drive business, i.e., budget, right product mix, increase market share
  • Analyse sales, consumer, shopper, and competition insights to understand the performance of brands/categories to respond to the changing market dynamics
  • Build focus brands / NPIs by ensuring the right media mix/investments to get the flywheel moving
  • Create the playbook for new launches and events by driving both performance and content specific to each account
  • Jointly own the Platform Business with KAMs
  • Understand the platforms and be up to date with evolving store formats (Assets/UI/UX changes, etc.) and interventions
  • Be up to date with the latest tools and technologies available in the market to maximize performance


Qualifications

  • Overall, more than 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Shopper Marketing role, and leading the performance marketing
  • Should have strong experience in FMCG, Beauty and Personal care sector, either with brands or agencies
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing is required
  • Very strong with data analysis
