Manager Ecommerce Shopper Marketing

This full-time on-site role is located in Noida, India. As a Manager of Ecommerce Shopper Marketing, your responsibilities will involve developing and executing effective e-commerce marketing strategies. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing strategies align with business goals. Additionally, you will analyze market trends to enhance sales performance. Your duties will include managing online promotions, coordinating with vendors, and guaranteeing a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving traffic and sales growth. With a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in Shopper Marketing, you will play a crucial role in: - Implementing media goals, reach, ROI/RoAS, and other metrics that align with category goals and account strategy - Planning monthly promos for all Ecommerce chains nationally by considering competition trends, historical spends, and business requirements - Closing annual Activation calendars for all Customers across E-commerce channels - Driving bottom line for Ecommerce channels through optimizing pricing, spends, and discounts - Designing an ecommerce strategy and aligning channel priorities with the leadership team - Planning Marketing, category development & Campaign activity to drive business growth - Analyzing sales, consumer, shopper, and competition insights to adapt to market dynamics - Building focus brands / NPIs by ensuring the right media mix/investments - Creating playbooks for new launches and events tailored to each account - Collaborating with Key Account Managers to jointly own the Platform Business - Staying updated on evolving store formats and utilizing the latest tools and technologies to maximize performance To qualify for this role, you should have over 4 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Shopper Marketing role, preferably in the FMCG, Beauty, and Personal Care sector.
