Chief Financial Officer

- To develop financial strategies, create budgets and forecasts, and align them with the company's long-term vision and objectives.

- To oversee all financial operations, including cash flow management, capital structure (debt and equity), and financial reporting to the board and stakeholders.

- To identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring the company's financial stability.

- To identify investment opportunities, manage capital allocation, and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions for long-term success.

- To build and manage a high-performing finance and accounting team, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.

- To oversee financial systems and technologies, and use data analytics and modeling for strategic decision-making.

- To ensure compliance with all relevant corporate laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.

- To manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, to communicate the company's financial performance and outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
