Currently owning & operating 10 MTPA capacity terminal in Visakhapatnam Port (AP), VGCB has rapidly grown to a run-rate of 7 MTPA within 2 years of COD. VGCB is in the verge of taking a quantum leap to becoming a 14MTPA handling port also diversifying into a multi-commodities model. Roles & Responsibilities: ➢Provide leadership to achieve the business plan target and immediate full realization of 14MMTPA of Cargo Discharge ➢Long Term, Medium Term and Short-term planning of O&M strategy. ➢Focus on ESG, Volume, Cost, Quality and innovation. ➢Drive Asset Optimization, Process Control and Asset Integrity. ➢Focus on Business Excellence through continuous automation and digitalization. ➢Build future leaders for the business and create a strong succession pipeline. ➢Benchmark the key KPIs with peers to achieve superior performance. Candidate Profile: ➢ Experience : Proven leaders with 12-15 years of experience in bulk material handling and logistics function are encouraged to apply. Experience in Port Operations shall be preferred. ➢ Educational Qualification : BA/B.Tech with relevant experience.
