Vizag General Cargo Berth Pvt Ltd (VGCB) in Visakhapatnam is a fully mechanized coal handling Port terminal known for its world-class and environmentally friendly infrastructure. As a leader at VGCB, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the business plan targets, focusing on long-term, medium-term, and short-term planning strategies for operations and maintenance. Emphasis will be on ESG, volume, cost, quality, and innovation, while driving asset optimization, process control, and asset integrity. Your responsibilities will include building future leaders, creating a strong succession pipeline, and benchmarking key performance indicators with peers to achieve superior performance. The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in bulk material handling and logistics functions, with a preference for experience in Port Operations.
