Vizag General Cargo Berth Pvt Ltd, Visakhapatnam is a fully mechanized coal handling Port terminal at Visakhapatnam Port having world class, environmentally friendly and state of art infrastructure facilities. VGCB has put Vizag Port (VPT) in the world map as one of the leading ports to handle coal in an environmentally friendly manner. Currently owning & operating 10 MTPA capacity terminal in Visakhapatnam Port (AP), VGCB has rapidly grown to a run-rate of 7 MTPA within 2 years of COD. VGCB is in the verge of taking a quantum leap to becoming a 14MTPA handling port also diversifying into a multi-commodities model. This goal can only be achieved with young and energetic leaders who are passionate about leading the independent Business entity from the front and who have fire in the belly and a “can do” attitude. Roles & Responsibilities:

➢Provide leadership to achieve the business plan target and immediate full realization of 14MMTPA of Cargo Discharge

➢Long Term, Medium Term and Short-term planning of O&M strategy.

➢Focus on ESG, Volume, Cost, Quality and innovation.

➢Drive Asset Optimization, Process Control and Asset Integrity.

➢Focus on Business Excellence through continuous automation and digitalization.

➢Build future leaders for the business and create a strong succession pipeline.

➢Benchmark the key KPIs with peers to achieve superior performance.
