Location: Kolkata Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Experience: 15+ years in senior financial leadership, with proven IPO experience Education: CA or CPA; CFA will be a plus (Pls note that maximum budget for this position is up to 24 LPA, candidates above same or having expectations more than this, please do not apply) Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning, operations, and governance. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining strong financial controls, and managing capital effectively to support sustainable growth. A key focus of this role will be to drive the company’s IPO readiness and execution, while building strong relationships with investors and enhancing overall financial transparency and performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Compliance • Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting, cash flow, budgeting, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and timely, accurate financial disclosures. • Establish robust internal controls and enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. 2. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis • Develop financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with corporate goals. • Deliver deep financial insights to support executive decision-making. • Optimize capital allocation to maximize shareholder value and long-term growth. 3. IPO Strategy & Execution • Design and implement a comprehensive IPO readiness roadmap. • Oversee financial audits, due diligence, and regulatory submissions in coordination with advisors. • Lead the development of investor communications, including the prospectus, pitch decks, and roadshow presentations. 4. Investor Relations • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. • Lead investor communications, including earnings calls and stakeholder briefings. • Articulate the company’s vision, growth trajectory, and financial performance to the market. 5. Leadership & Growth Strategy • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on corporate strategy and M&A opportunities. • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability. • Champion financial innovation and digital transformation across the finance function.
