Job Description

A leading Railway technology manufacturer is seeking a strategic CFO to lead financial growth, investor engagement, fundraising, and M&A, while setting up robust systems and governance across the company.Location - Bangalore

Candidate Profile

Education: CA/CFA/MBA-Finance. Must have completed CFO Programme from IIM Calcutta / IIM, Kozhikode / ISB.Experience: 15+ years, with 5+ years in CFO/Deputy CFO role in a listed company.Expertise: Fundraising, debt structuring, investor relations, M&A, distressed asset evaluation.Competencies: Strong analytical command (ratios/valuation), deal-making ability, process builder, leadership across multi-entity setups, excellent communication for investor forums. Sector Preference: Exposure to engineering/technology/manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy: Drive company-wide financial leadership and governance.
Fundraising: Manage debt, rights issues, preferential issues, and equity raises.
Investor Relations: Lead analyst/investor communications, SEBI compliance, and quarterly disclosures.
M&A: Identify, evaluate, structure, and integrate acquisitions, create turnaround frameworks.
Controls & Reporting: Ensure accuracy, controls, ratios, ERP systems, and performance monitoring.
