Position: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

• CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) – Preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to manage the financial actions of our organization. The CFO will play a key leadership role in strategic decision-making and will be responsible for the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions
• Develop financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory laws, and financial policies
• Manage internal and external audits effectively
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team
• Provide timely financial analysis to support business decisions
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Lead cost control and financial efficiency initiatives
• Support expansion, funding, and cost optimization efforts

Requirements:

• Proven track record in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and high-value financial decisions
