Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial functions within the organization. This includes responsibilities such as managing monthly Management Information System (MIS) preparation, annual balance sheet consolidation, audit coordination, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate for this position will possess extensive experience working in a family-run export-oriented business environment. Key Accountabilities Financial Management & Strategy: - Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly MIS reports and annual balance sheets. - Develop and drive financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting that are in alignment with company objectives. - Ensure a smooth transition and continuity following the retirement of the current CFO. Audit & Compliance: - Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. - Maintain compliance with various tax, financial, and export frameworks. Reporting & Analytics: - Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to the management team. - Monitor key business performance indicators and provide insights to drive actionable decisions. Team Leadership: - Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 finance professionals. - Cultivate a culture of accountability, stability, and long-term commitment within the team. Operational Efficiency: - Collaborate with business heads to enhance cost control measures and improve financial processes. Qualifications & Experience: - Preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA). - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial management. - At least 10 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably within a family-run business. - Prior experience in export-driven companies is a significant advantage. - Proficiency in financial systems, MIS reporting, audit procedures, and strategic planning is essential.,
