The company aims to replace Non-Green energy sources with Clean and Green Natural Gas through robust infrastructure. Gasonet focuses on integrating global best practices in safety, processes, technology, and customer relationship management in City Gas Distribution across Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh in India. Job Summary- Responsible for Corporate relation with Civic authorities and local administration, public relationship to safeguard any adverse publicity or representation. Overseeing general administration, public and employee relations, and asset management functions. The role supports a positive work environment, effective communication, and compliance in all administrative matters, while managing the organization’s reputation internally and externally. Roles and Responsibilities Administrative & Asset Management Manage general office administration activities like – a. Maintain records of attendance, travel reports, and all other records of company assets and databases. b. Facility management, and procurement of supplies and assets as per policy. c. Coordination and management of Vendors, manage contract renewals. d. Monitoring office supplies, placing orders, and tracking expenses to ensure adherence to the budget. e. Ensuring that office operations comply with company policies and guidelines and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. f. Contract management with respect to HR compliances such as labor laws- ESIC, EPF etc. g. Keep proper track of invoices at GA level, timely submission of invoices after approval and payments. h. Monitoring vehicle movements, keeping records of GPS and utilization. Public & Employee Relations Develop and nurture strong relationships with key contacts within government bodies, local authorities, media and external agencies, monitor regulatory requirements to track all applicable permissions, licenses, and compliance obligations for business operations. Organize employee engagement activities and events at GA level. Address employee grievances, facilitate conflict resolution, and support employee welfare programs. Ensure regular updates and flow of information between departments and management. Compliance & Reporting Support statutory compliance relating to public relations and asset management. Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies during employee data handling. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Public Relations, or relevant field. 3+ years’ experience in administrative roles, public relations, or corporate communications. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with office automation, record management, and digital communication tools. Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Skills Experience with event management, media handling, and employee engagement. Understanding of asset lifecycle and regulatory requirements. Problem-solving orientation and ability to handle crises diplomatically.
