Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. With 15 years of experience, the CFO is expected to bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to guide the company’s financial direction.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Advise the CEO and board on financial planning, performance, and risk.
• Lead, mentor, and strengthen the finance team to support scalable growth.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

• Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and business expansion.

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, and financial reporting functions.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate organizational financial risks.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory laws, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
• Lead internal and external audits while maintaining a strong control environment.

Investor Relations & Capital Management

• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Support capital-raising initiatives, including financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital allocation.

Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives

• Collaborate with business heads to drive profitability and operational excellence.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment decisions.
• Lead financial due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.

• 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.

• Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and compliance.

• Proven experience in leading high-performing finance teams.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
