With 15 years of experience, the CFO is expected to bring deep financial expertise, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to guide the company’s financial direction. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Advise the CEO and board on financial planning, performance, and risk. Lead, mentor, and strengthen the finance team to support scalable growth. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasting, and long-range planning. Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and business expansion. Financial Operations & Reporting Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, and financial reporting functions. Ensure timely, accurate financial statements compliant with regulatory requirements. Improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Risk Management & Compliance Identify, evaluate, and mitigate organizational financial risks. Ensure strict compliance with statutory laws, corporate governance standards, and internal policies. Qualifications & Requirements CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification. 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and compliance. Proven experience in leading high-performing finance teams.
