Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of financial management, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities : Financial Management & Strategy : Lead the financial operations of the company, ensuring that financial performance aligns with iBell’s long-term goals and growth objectives. Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare, review, and present accurate financial statements and reports, offering insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and financial forecasts. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic business decisions. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (tax, GST, PF, ESI, audit, etc.). Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements. Review and approve key financial reports, statements, and reconciliations prepared by the accounting team. Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and FDI guidelines applicable to the organization. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders. Drive process improvements and implement internal controls and financial best practices. Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with company strategy. Qualifications : Educational Requirements : Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Postgraduate degree in Finance , Accounting , Commerce , Business Administration . Experience : Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role, demonstrating strong leadership in financial operation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Solid experience in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and corporate finance Strong understanding of RBI norms and FDI guidelines is essential Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP financial systems Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Must have experience in the trading or production industry. · Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Leadership and team-building abilities with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset. Software Knowledge : SAP : Excellent working knowledge of SAP Financials. Microsoft Excel : Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
