Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Executive for our bonded warehouse in Aluva. This is a responsible, independent role ideal for a commerce graduate with a diploma or certification in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics management.

The selected candidate will be trained to manage warehouse activities — including stock receipt, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with customs and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bonded warehouse operations under company guidance.
• Receive and verify incoming consignments and documentation
• Maintain accurate stock and registers as per customs requirements.
• Coordinate with CHA, transporters, and internal teams for stock movement and clearance.
• Update and maintain inventory data (manual and computer-based).
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety of goods.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all safety norms.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory, preferably in Commerce (B. Com)
• Diploma / Certification in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics preferred.
• Experience: Not mandatory (initial training will be provided).
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of inventory management and documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Location Preference: Candidates from Aluva or nearby areas only.
• Other: Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of warehouse operations.

What We Offer:

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹17,000 – 20,000
• Safe working environment
