Chief Finance Officer

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, governance, and compliance of our listed company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ind-AS, SEBI LODR compliance, investor communication, budgeting, financial planning, and corporate governance. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & PlanningLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning. Support the Board, CEO, and leadership with financial insights for decision-making. Drive profitability, cost optimization, and capital allocation. SEBI, Ind-AS & Statutory ComplianceEnsure full compliance with SEBI LODR, Companies Act, and Ind-AS reporting. Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements as per listing requirements. Manage statutory, internal, and secretarial audits. Treasury & Cash Flow ManagementOversee cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations. Manage debt, fund utilization, and financial risk. Investor Relations (IR)Prepare investor presentations, earnings calls, and shareholder communication. Coordinate with analysts, investors, credit agencies, and stock exchanges. Risk Management & ControlsImplement internal controls, risk frameworks, SOPs, and compliance processes. Monitor financial risks, credit control, and governance frameworks. Fundraising & Capital MarketsManage equity, debt, and structured financing. Handle term loans, bank facilities, and capital market dealings. Team LeadershipLead the finance, accounts, taxation, AR/AP, audit, and compliance teams. Build strong financial systems and automation practices. Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Ind-AS, SEBI LODR, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax. Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and business finance. Excellent stakeholder and board management skills. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Prior experience in a listed company preferred.
